Who do I contact for questions or concerns?

You can contact me directly by clicking the button above or through the contact page. I'll respond to you as quickly as possible, usually within the same day.


Yes! You do not have to purchase a wedding suite or invitation to have me do your calligraphy. I offer everything á la carte, so you can choose what best works for you and your day!

What if I want a custom wedding suite or INVITATION? 

I would love to collaborate with you on what you have in mind for that special invitation or wedding day item! Whether one of my templates is the kick-off point for you or you bring me your own sketches–working with you to provide your dream invite is always a yes!

How long does it take to receive my order?

This will depends on the items in your order, for an invitation or announcement allow 10-14 days after the proof is approved, especially if there are any custom changes. For anything from the paper store, this includes, greeting cards, prints, notepads allow 2-4 days or custom address stamps please allow up to 8-12 days. If you need it by a certain date, I will be glad to rush the order for you for an additional fee.

How long is a calligraphy project turn around?

Since calligraphy is all hand produced, envelope calligraphy can take between 2-3 weeks time depending on number of guests and style of calligraphy. Special calligraphy project such as vows or signage will take typically take 2 weeks plus shipping time.

Where are the products shipped from?

All orders will be shipped from Illinois unless specified. Typical orders not shipped from Illinois are custom orders. All orders will be shipped to you typically in the same box. 

What should I do after I place an order?

I pride myself on a quick turnaround time. Look for an e-mail from me either contacting you about a timeline and/or a proof for approval. For template orders, expect 2-3 day turn around. For custom orders a time line will be given to you upon order. When an order is approved by you, through email, only then is it ready for production. To make certain that your products take no longer then neccesary, please be prompt and approve the proof as quickly as possible. 

What is a proof?

A PDF file sent to you that is an exact replica or a sketch of what your product will look like. Once signed off on a proof, production of your design will start and more accurate delivery time can be given.

What if the proofs don't exactly reflect my vision?

No worries at all! I want to make certain that anything you order from Lina Lulu Paperie is absolute perfection and is everything you had in mind. This is what the proof stage is for, making sure that all the details are exactly to your needs and liking. If you receive your proof and you are unsatisfied, I include 2 free rounds of changes* for no additional costs. Any changes after this is an additional fee.

*changes include wording, type changes or color changes. Any custom changes such as hand lettering, custom illustration and/or special printing will be an additional cost.

How often do you launch new patterns or designs?

I launch new paper good items such as greeting cards, notepads, art prints, and stamps several times a year.
